The typical workflow includes: preheating stage, heating the chamber to a preset temperature; During the sterilization stage, common parameters are 121 ℃/15 psi for 15-20 minutes, or 134 ℃/27 psi for 3-6 minutes; During the drying stage, the surface moisture of the instrument is removed by vacuum or heating. Before use, ensure that the equipment is thoroughly cleaned, removing blood stains, debris, and residual materials to avoid organic matter affecting steam penetration. Special sterilization bags or non-woven fabrics with high temperature resistance and good breathability should be selected as packaging materials. Avoid excessive stacking during loading to ensure smooth steam flow path. The B-type sterilizer has a pre vacuum function, which can effectively exhaust air and is suitable for various dental instruments, including hollow instruments.
